All items are final sale, with no refunds. We do offer exchanges. 

**Items that are on sale or clearance are final sale with no exchanges/returns.** 

For regular priced items, our policy states that you have 10 days to contact us since you received your items. If 10 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be faulty or incorrect in the unused condition that you received it.

Items must be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value. If exchange item is of lesser value, store credit will be issued. 

Hygienic sticker must be untampered with.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item.

Shipping costs paid upon ordering the item are non-refundable unless it was a damaged item when received.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
