BLUEBERRY BLISS BALLS
These beauties are Paleo diet approved and super easy to make! This low carb snack is packed with protein, delicious, and also super filling. I like to have these as a mid day snack, dessert, or on the side with my breakfast. They are very versatile. You can even pack them up and bring them with you to the beach!
It's a bonus that this yummy treat only requires 4 ingredients!
Recipe: Makes 8-10 balls.
-1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut
-2 tbsp of nut butter of choice
- 2tbsp of coconut flour
- 1 cup of fresh blueberries
Blend all these ingredients together with hand mixer or electric blender, chill for 15 mins, once chilled roll in extra coconut and serve!
If you want extra sweetness you can add one tbsp of honey, or just drizzle on top prior to eating.
